Suicide Prevention Education Bill SB0434 & HB1061 passed and
signed by Governor Crist - June 4, 2010
We want to thank Senator Sobel and Representative Heller for their sponsorships.
This law adds suicide prevention education to school districts’ In-Service Master Development Plans as an option for school personnel from which to choose when deciding how to fulfill their individual professional development plans.
